Dr. Stacey L. MacKinnon is the Founder and President of CIRCL Group and an award-winning educator, researcher, and Full Professor of Psychology at the University of Prince Edward Island whose work focuses on curiosity, inquiry-based learning, leadership, and ethical AI integration. A recipient of the prestigious 3M National Teaching Fellowship and multiple national and institutional leadership awards, she has spent more than 20 years helping organizations, educators, and communities build human-centered cultures grounded in trust, critical thinking, and meaningful engagement. Through CIRCL, her published research, international presentations, and work with Montessori and higher education organizations across North America, Europe, and Australia, Stacey helps clients design innovative learning and leadership environments that foster transformative growth and future-ready thinking.

Ryan Drew is the Vice-President of CIRCL Group and an award-winning interdisciplinary educator, researcher, and creative practitioner whose work bridges inquiry-based learning, creativity, AI, media ecology, and transformative educational design. Through leadership roles with the National Arts Centre, PEI Symphony Orchestra, TakingITGlobal’s Connected North initiative, and collaborations connected to National Geographic Society programming and storytelling initiatives, he has developed innovative arts-based, climate-focused, and cross-cultural learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and meaningful community engagement. Ryan brings CIRCL clients design human-centered learning and leadership environments that integrate interdisciplinary thinking, ethical AI use, experiential learning, and creative problem-solving.

Through his research, conference presentations, and collaborations with faculty, developers, and AI product teams, he helps organizations design innovative learning environments, AI-supported feedback systems, and practical strategies that strengthen curiosity, engagement, and meaningful human connection. As a founding member of the Curiosity & Inquiry Research Collaboration Lab at the University of Prince Edward Island and Director of IT for the Mattie Stepanek Peace Foundation, Noah brings together instructional design expertise, ethical AI integration, and community-focused leadership to help CIRCL clients build future-ready learning and leadership cultures.
